USF Football offersOrganized training sessions for children from 6 to 11 years oldonUlefoss Sports Park, where there are bothartificial turf and grass pitch. Outside the outdoor season, some teams trainindoors in the Ulefosshallen or the school gymnasium.

Trainings and activities

📌 6-11 years: Organized training sessions at Ulefoss Sports Park.
📌 Football Leisure Scheme (FFO): Extra soccer session after school.
📌 From 12 years old: Offer throughNome Football, a collaboration betweenUSF and I.L. Damage, where players from both Ulefoss and Lunde are participating.
📌 Matches and cups: Throughout the season, players have the opportunity to participate inmatches, tournaments and cups.
📌 Tine Football School: To be arrangedevery summer vacationboth at Ulefoss and in Lunde.
